2. If after two weeks of sending your fees you have not received confirmation from the conference secretariat, you should contact us via telephone, fax, or e-mail. 3. The registration fee invoice is only issued in Chinese Currency Renminbi(RMB).

Cancellations and refund

Cancellations： Please inform the conference secretariat before October 1, 2008 in written to Conference Secretariat.

Refunding： Full refund: before September 10, 2008. 50% refund: Until October 1, 2008. No refund will be made for cancellations received after October 1, 2008.
